BRING A FRIEND WEEK DETAILS

Bring a Friend day is open to any non-member of CROSSFIT LINCOLN.

Participants should complete the waiver and liability form, which will be emailed to you before the event.

Classes begin at 5am, 6am, 12pm, 430pm, 530pm & 630pm and are an hour long.

Please plan to arrive at 5-10m before you class time.

Wear clothes and shoes for physical activity. Bring a water bottle and a positive attitude!

CLASS DETAILS

The class will include a general warm, specific movement instruction, and a workout. The coach will go through everything and all movements are scalable or adjusted to your abilities and current fitness level! Come listen, learn, and have fun!
